The original bid deadline of Monday, December 22, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. ET has been extended to Monday, January 12, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. ET. The solicitation seeks non-emergency transportation services for employees and passengers with disabilities in Cambria County and surrounding territories (Indiana, Somerset, and Westmoreland counties), with services provided through the Johnstown BVRS/BBVS OVR District office. The contract will be established as a price contract with an initial three-year term, renewable for up to two additional one-year periods.
This procurement is exclusively reserved for Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS) certified Small Businesses, with bidders required to attach a current Small Business Certificate to be deemed eligible. Compensation is established at $45 per hour for transportation services, with contractors guaranteed a minimum of two hours reimbursement per day for local trips.
