SUBJECT: Request for Proposal (RFP) No. SOL-522-17-000001
ACTIVITY NAME: School-Based Violence Prevention Activity (SBVPA)
DATE OF ISSUANCE: Wednesday, October 19, 2016
QUESTIONS DUE DATE: Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 10:00am Honduras local time
PROPOSALS DUE DATE: Monday, November 21, 2016 at 08:00am Honduras local time
To all prospective offerors, Subject to availability of funds, the United States Agency for International Development in Honduras (USAID/Honduras), intends to award a Cost Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) completion type contract. The resulting contractor will undertake a new five year-program to support the implementation of the School-Based Violence Prevention Activity (SBVPA).
You are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements set forth on this RFP. This procurement shall be conducted through a full and open competition, under which any type of organization (large or small commercial [for profit] firms, educational institutions, non-profit organizations) is eligible to compete. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 15 shall apply.
Offerors are encouraged to read the entire RFP, which includes the closing date and time, all pertinent contract requirements, and the conditions and instructions required for submitting a proposal.
Issuance of this RFP does not obligate USAID/Honduras to award a contract, nor to pay any cost associated with the preparation or submission of proposals. USAID/Honduras reserves the right to award a contract without discussions; initial proposals should represent the offeror’s best proposal.
