About this file

This document is a Bid Page for a timber sale at MCB Camp Lejeune Mainside for Fiscal Year 2026, utilizing a Pay-As-Cut procurement method. The bid covers multiple timber classifications with specific estimated quantities: 3,000 tons of Pine Grade, 10,000 tons of Pine Saw Timber, 1,000 tons of Pine Chip and Saw, 10,000 tons of Pine Pulpwood, 1,000 tons of Hardwood Saw Timber, 1,000 tons of Hardwood Pulpwood, and 1,000 tons of Pine and Hardwood Chip. A critical requirement is that unit prices must meet or exceed the government's estimated unit price, with any bid falling short of this requirement being automatically rejected in its entirety. The timber will be sold on a payment unit basis, and the estimated volumes are not guaranteed, with actual harvested quantities potentially varying significantly depending on the number of projects completed during the contract period.
