About this file
This file is a School Insurance document that does not appear to contain information directly related to the City of Meriden's Sodium Bisulfite procurement (Contract B027-15). The document addresses insurance coverage requirements for school-related activities and operations, which falls outside the scope of the water treatment chemical procurement outlined in the associated contract opportunity. The file does not specify quantities of sodium bisulfite needed, response deadlines, bid submission dates, site visit requirements, or other procurement-specific details relevant to the Water Pollution Control Facility's chemical supply acquisition.
Without access to the actual procurement specifications for sodium bisulfite, this document provides no information regarding pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, funding sources, or set-aside provisions applicable to the City of Meriden's water treatment chemical purchase. The apparent mismatch between the School Insurance document and the sodium bisulfite procurement suggests this file may have been incorrectly associated with the contract opportunity or that additional procurement documents are needed to provide relevant bidding information.
