About this file
This document is Addendum #3 for RFP# MV10212024OTT, which contains answers to questions submitted by prospective bidders for a marketing services contract with Washington State University (WSU) Vancouver. The RFP seeks a qualified vendor to deliver WSU Vancouver's existing recruitment commercial, "College Students, Let's Talk", to target audiences aged 17-34 in Southwest Washington via OTT channels, with the goal of increasing awareness of WSU Vancouver and admission applications. The RFP has a $40,000 budget cap for media buying, with the option to allocate a portion to project management. WSU Vancouver will provide the commercials and does not require creative development from the contractor. No live updates or presentations are required beyond monthly reporting, unless there is a significant market change.
Regarding pricing, the total spend is capped at $40,000, and no additional funds will be available even if the campaign outperforms expectations. WSU Vancouver is not providing separate creative assets for retargeting efforts, as they will supply the commercials (videos) to be used. The contract is for WSU Vancouver's 2025 OTT marketing services, covering the jurisdictions of Clarkston Heights-Vineland CDP, Skamania County, Cowlitz County, West Clarkston-Highland CDP, Clark County, and Clarkston City in the state of Washington.
