About this file
This document is Addendum #2 for RFP# MV10212024OTT issued by Washington State University (WSU) Vancouver. The purpose of this RFP is to engage a qualified vendor to deliver the existing WSU Vancouver recruitment commercial, "College Students, Let's Talk," to Southwest Washington audiences aged 17 to 34 years old with an interest in higher education, via OTT channels. The addendum provides answers to questions submitted by prospective bidders, including clarification that the evaluation committee will only consider examples of marketing campaigns conducted in the Southwest region of Washington, and that videos should be primarily targeted at undergraduate students.
The RFP also indicates that the selected vendor will have access to place tracking pixels on the WSU Vancouver website and read access to the Google Analytics 4 account to review analytics. Success will be measured by increases in applications, information session attendance, and web traffic, and the vendor's efforts will be supported by other active campaigns. The primary high schools in the defined regions that WSU Vancouver typically recruits from can be found through ESD 112.

Answers to Questions Submitted by Prospective Bidders – 10/30/2024
I. Questions submitted by prospective bidders:
1. Question: Regarding Addendum #1 – Question 1: “Question: One of the evaluation prompts in the RFP asks: "Describe a successful marketing campaign in Southwest Washington that your organization had a role in; describe your role, what the objective was, and what the outcome was." Would the evaluation committee accept and consider a campaign my firm has run in the eastern part of the state or if it is imperative that we only discuss media activities in the southwest region? Answer: No, we will consider only companies with experience in Southwest Washington.” Does this mean a response that does not include an example of a marketing campaign in Southwest Washington will be disqualified as a whole or will it just affect the evaluation score?
