About this file
This is an RFP Exception Sheet for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County, Office of Finance and Management Department, related to an On-Call Demolition of Structures procurement. The document serves as a template requiring bidders to list and explain in detail any and all exceptions to the terms and conditions outlined in the RFP document, the Sample Agreement, and any published addenda. Proposals are due no later than 12:00 pm on Friday, October 9, 2026, with the buyer contact being Jeff Eichelberger at (317) 327-4976. Bidders must use this sheet to propose any additions, modifications, or exceptions to the City's standard terms and conditions.
The RFP Exception Sheet is a critical submission component that allows vendors to formally document any deviations from the City's standard contracting requirements prior to proposal evaluation. Bidders should provide comprehensive explanations for each exception requested, with additional pages permitted if necessary to adequately address all proposed modifications. This document functions as part of the overall proposal package and enables the City to identify and evaluate bidder exceptions during the proposal review process.
