RFP shall also be required for each subcontractor, if requested by the State. The prime

The BAFO negotiation may be used to assist the State in clarifying the Scope of Services or to obtain the most cost effective pricing available.

Required Rate Schedule will be considered the maximum amount allowed. The subcontractors will also adhere to the final negotiated hourly rates of the Proposer for the full term of the contract.

If for any reason, the selected Proposer(s) do not agree to a contract, that proposal shall be rejected and the State may negotiate with the next highest-ranked Proposer(s).
