About this file

This is a revised cost sheet attachment (Addendum 2) for an E-rate eligible internet access procurement (ARFP_EDD2600000002) involving the state and participating school districts. The solicitation requests pricing for internet access services where the state and districts provide transport to the vendor, with costs structured around bandwidth speeds measured in Gbps. The cost sheet is designed as a tiered pricing proposal allowing for incremental speed adjustments ranging from 70 Gbps to 200 Gbps, enabling flexibility in service levels rather than requiring large jumps in bandwidth quantities. Bidders must submit this cost sheet in a separate sealed envelope and clearly delineate between E-rate eligible and ineligible service costs.

The pricing structure separates eligible internet access charges from ineligible services including Internet2 membership fees, listserv services, DNS services, and web-hosting services. Bidders must provide unit costs per Gbps for each tiered bandwidth level, with extended costs calculated by multiplying quantity by unit cost. The cost sheet requires vendors to identify total annual retail value for any services charged to other customers, or indicate $0 if no such charges apply. Notably, the solicitation explicitly states that quantities provided are estimates and the contract is intended as an open-ended award with fluctuating actual quantities to be determined during performance. All invoices require completion and acceptance of deliverables by the agency before processing.
