The financial terms require the contractor to pay the County based on a fee schedule to be attached, with specific reporting requirements including submitting a Statement of Gross Receipts within 48 hours of event conclusion and making payment within 30 days. Late payments will incur a 10% per day late charge. The agreement includes comprehensive insurance requirements, with the contractor needing to provide various types of coverage including Commercial General Liability, Business Auto Liability, Workers' Compensation, and potentially Professional Liability and Cyber Liability.
