About this file
This document is a Determination and Findings (D&F) for Request for Quote (RFQ) 19MX5325Q0038, addressing preventive maintenance services for the Fuel Management System at the American Embassy in Mexico City. The document outlines two key findings: first, no required sources can provide the specified preventive maintenance services in Mexico City, and second, the requirements necessitate compliance with local Union rates, regulations, schedules, and calendars. Based on these findings, the Contracting Office determines that issuing a solicitation in the open market is in the best interest of the Government, allowing flexibility to meet service requirements. The document is signed by Roberto Montano from the Contracting Office on May 15, 2025, and includes a digital signature confirming the date and time of execution.
