About this file

This document is Addendum No. 1 for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Red Clay Consolidated School District for Chromebooks, with the RFP number 2-25-25. The addendum, dated March 17, 2025, clarifies two key points for prospective bidders: the district is seeking standard clamshell touch Chromebooks (not 2-in-1 tablet styles), and the devices must be delivered to 25 individual schools no later than August 8, 2025. The bid opening is scheduled for April 2, 2025, at 2:00 PM.

The addendum provides specific details to ensure potential vendors understand the exact requirements of the Chromebook procurement. By specifying the device type as standard clamshell touch and establishing a clear delivery deadline of August 8, 2025, the school district is providing additional guidance to streamline the bidding process and ensure precise vendor understanding of the project's specifications.
