About this file

This is a Price Schedule for lodging services submitted in response to a Request for Bid issued by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for the Great Lakes Regional Meeting of Coastal Programs and Reserves. The DNR seeks single occupancy lodging for up to 50 attendees for three nights: August 24, 25, and 26, 2026, within 5 miles of 525 S Lake Ave in Duluth, Minnesota. The solicitation requires responses to be submitted through the Supplier Portal, with questions from prospective bidders due by June 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. The price schedule template provided allows responding companies to detail room charges and applicable taxes for each night, along with any additional properties, parking availability and pricing, and cancellation policies.

The price schedule requires bidders to specify per-room, per-night charges and associated taxes for each of the three lodging dates, with all costs to be stated in United States currency. Bidders must also detail any additional facilities or properties included in their offer, parking availability with daily rates per vehicle, and cancellation fees applicable if the conference is cancelled for reasons other than non-appropriation. Cancellation fees must be provided for various notice periods ranging from 30 to 15 days prior to the conference through less than 24 hours notice. The responding contractor agrees not to seek any additional costs or fees beyond those specified, and acknowledges that the State agency will be responsible for paying any applicable cancellation fees in the event of conference cancellation.
