About this file
This document is a Participating Addendum for State Contract #176-1 for Collection Services, which appears to be a contract between an unspecified contractor and a participating government entity in North Dakota. The document is designed to establish the terms of a specific engagement under a master contract, with provisions for submission to the North Dakota State Procurement Office, specifically to Chad Keech in Bismarck.
The addendum outlines a framework for collection services, with a specific reference to North Dakota Century Code 57-01-13(2)(c) requiring a contract bond not exceeding $10,000 to guarantee contract compliance. While specific details about the precise scope of collection services are not fully elaborated in this document, the addendum serves as a formal mechanism for a contractor to provide collection services under state-approved terms. The contract becomes effective upon full execution by both the participating entity and the contractor, with a requirement that an executed copy be submitted to the state procurement office.
