Pricing varies by vendor and collection type, with non-litigation recovery rates ranging from 13.5% to 20% and litigation recovery rates from 25% to 35%. The minimum collection amount for NSF checks is $25.00. Payment terms require invoicing with progress reports, and no advance payments will be made. Each participating entity must execute a Participating Addendum, which outlines specific terms and establishes the contractual relationship with the selected collection vendor.
