About this file

This document is a Participating Addendum for State Contract #176-1 related to Collection Services, involving the North Dakota State Tax Department and an unnamed contractor. The addendum appears to be a standard state contract mechanism for establishing terms of service between a state entity and a contracted service provider, with specific provisions for North Dakota government procurement protocols.

The addendum authorizes the contractor to provide collection services, with a specific requirement under North Dakota Century Code for a contract bond not exceeding $10,000 to guarantee contract compliance. The document outlines a standard contract framework with provisions for primary contact information, effective date determination, and mandatory distribution of executed documents to the North Dakota State Procurement Office, specifically to Chad Keech at the specified Bismarck address. While specific details about the collection services are not elaborated, the document establishes a formal procedural structure for engaging the contractor's services within the state's procurement guidelines.
