About this file

This document is a Participating Addendum for State of North Dakota Term Contract 340, specifically covering E-Waste Disposal and Recycling Services. The contract involves the North Dakota Office of Management and Budget State Procurement Office as the purchasing entity, with the intent to establish terms for e-waste disposal and recycling services across state entities. The addendum provides a framework for state agencies to utilize this contract, with specific reporting requirements mandated by North Dakota Century Code.

The contract covers e-waste disposal and recycling services, with key provisions including mandatory reporting to ND State Surplus at least two weeks prior to scheduled pickup, and mileage reimbursement considerations for collection services. Contractors are required to list the State Term Contract 340 number on all purchase orders, and the agreement allows for potential customization through optional sections for specific entity requirements. The document provides a template for participating entities to engage with the contractor, though specific pricing details and service rates are not explicitly outlined in this addendum.
