About this file

This document is a template for a Notice of Vendor Pool Task Order Award for the State of North Dakota, designed to communicate the selection of a vendor following a competitive proposal process. The template provides a standardized framework for state agencies to notify vendors who submitted proposals after evaluating and selecting the most advantageous project proposal.

The template outlines a structured notification process that includes identifying the submitted vendor proposals, announcing the intent to award the contract to a specific vendor, and providing a seven-calendar-day protest period for interested parties. Key procedural requirements include that the selected vendor must not begin work, purchase materials, or enter subcontracts until both the vendor and the state have signed the Task Order. The document is meant to be customized by the specific state agency, with placeholders for agency details, contact information, and specific task order request specifics.
