Instructions to Offerors: Offerors shall insert the proposed price for each of the items listed below. The proposed prices will be incorporated into the resultant BPA as firm fixed prices per unit. To ensure a fair comparison of offerors, the unit of issue shall NOT be changed. For example, if a roll of bubble wrap contains 100-feet, the price per roll shall be divided by 100 and the price per foot should be entered into Table 4 below. If an item does not apply to an offer, offerors shall indicate so in their proposal and prices for that item do not need to be proposed.

Instructions to Offerors: The Government will determine an offeror's total evaluated price based on the calculations provided in Tables 5-7 below. In accordance with Paragraph 3(c) of the Request for Proposal (RFP) letter, the Government reserves the right not to consider for award any proposal that does not adhere to the administrative requirements of this RFP. If an offeror discovers an error in the automatic calculations, the Contract Specialist shall be notified at amber.d.lampe@nasa.gov. In order to ensure a fair evalaution between offers, a sample task has been provided for price evaluation purposes. This task is a sample only and an order for this task will not be issued at the time of award.
