The following have been added by full text:

AMENDMENT 0003

This amendment is issued to provide questions submitted in response to the solicitation and their respective answers, for consideration in the submission of offers:

1. Q: Are we to ship the Storage Fixture inside of the Storage Rack?

A: Assets (Storage Fixture and Storage Rack) are not required to be joined when shipped. Shipping the storage fixture inside the storage rack may cause damage during the transportation.

2. Q: Are we to ship the Storage Rack with the casters on/down "please confirm the overall height?"

A: Casters can be removed when the storage rack is shipped. The overall height of the storage rack without the casters is 95 inches. The original spec diagrams provided depict the height. Casters are removed and place inside the rack for easy storage.

3. Q: Are we required to ship in a Box Trailer instead of on a Flatbed Trailer?

A: The best option to ship this rack system would be a flatbed trailer. The width dimension is 102.5 inches. The standard size of the opening of the box trailer is 9 ft length X 8 ft width. The only other option is to contract box trailers that can be loaded from the sides, which essentially is flatbed trailer with a soft cover.

4. Q: Is ISO 9001 a qualified equivalent to ISO 9000 or ANSI/Q9001/Q9003?

A: Yes.

5. Q. If an order is placed during the period of performance of another order, will the production rate remain 10/month or does the production rate increase?

A. Delivery of units of the subsequent order will commence upon completion of the first order, maintaining a rate of 10/month. The production rate would not increase.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
