The following have been added by full text:

AMD 0001

1. The purpose of this amendment is to provide technical clarification to offerors on solicitation N68335-14-R-0190 MHU-191A/M Munitions Transporter Component Parts as follows:

Question 1: Part Numbers & Drawings Not on Appendix A Part A List: The disk contains drawings for Part 3992AS311 - Rod Actuator, and Part 3992AS312 - Plate Actuator, however these parts are not included in the SOW Appendix A Part A: Manufacture Parts Table. Are these parts to be quoted ? If yes, quantities needed to be listed in the table.

Answer 1: The Statement of Work and Technical Drawings are valid and correct as supplied.

Question 2: Restricted NSNs - For several of the parts in Appendix A - Part A: Manufactured Parts, there are NSNs listed for the parts. These are for the Brake Cam (1740-01-622-1424); Clamp, Upper (1740-01-622-1427); Clamp, Lower (1740-01-622-1428); Brake Rod (1740-01-622-1423); Pivot (1740-01-622-1425); Spring (1740-01-622-1426); and Lower Bushing, Steering Knuckle (1740-01-622-1430). NSN's provided are listed in the IHS Haystack database (derived from government sources on a daily basis )with an Acquisition Method Code and Suffix of 3H, indicating that there is a designated supplier for the part (Listed as Deval), and that the government does not have the drawings. Given the restrictive conflicting information associated with the NSN, are we authorized to manufacture the part ? Is the 3H designation invalid ?

Answer 2: The 3H designation has no bearing on this procurement. Parts are to be manufactured in accordance with the accompanying Technical Drawings.

Question 3: Am I allowed to provide the export-controlled drawings to other companies?

Answer 3: It is the potential offeror’s responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the distribution of export-controlled information.

2. Signed amendments shall be submitted in accordance with Section L of the solicitation.

3. The solicitation closing date is not extended.
