Award is expected August 8, 2026.

Bidders must hold South Carolina Commercial Pest Control Applicator certification and a valid pesticide license, and must obtain a South Carolina vendor number prior to bid submission. Pricing must be submitted as fixed, all-inclusive line-item prices for each building, with separate line items for termite initial inspection and treatment, quarterly termite monitoring, interior and exterior pest control visits, and on-demand labor; materials for on-demand services are not evaluated during bid and may be procured independently by SCDNR. The contractor must provide termite bonds with minimum repair caps of $50,000 per structure covering both subterranean and Formosan termites, maintain Commercial General Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence, Auto Liability of $1,000,000 per accident, and Worker's Compensation with statutory limits with an A.M. Best rating of A:VII or better. A one-year warranty on workmanship and materials applies. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Questions are due July 15, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
