Bidders must submit fixed, all-inclusive line-item pricing for each building with separate line items for termite initial inspection and treatment, quarterly termite monitoring, interior and exterior pest control visits, and on-demand labor, with materials for on-demand services to be procured independently by SCDNR. Core eligibility requirements include holding a South Carolina Commercial Pest Control Applicator certification and valid pesticide license, and obtaining a South Carolina vendor number prior to bid submission. The contractor must provide termite bonds with minimum repair caps of $50,000 per structure covering both subterranean and Formosan termites and maintain Commercial General Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence, Auto Liability of $1,000,000 per accident, and Worker's Compensation with statutory limits and an A.M. Best rating of A:VII or better. A one-year warranty on workmanship and materials is required. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
