Section L-6.5 Volume 3 Past Performance and L-6.6 Volume 3 Small Business Participation content requirements and page count limitation given in L-4.4 Table L-1 Volume Requirements
The Contractor questions the 10 page limit given in paragraph L-4.4 for both Volume 3 subparts: Past Performance and Small Business Participation. To be compliant with requirements, the contractor believes a minimum of 30 pages is needed to concisely address both subparts. The 30 pages would exclude pages for key subcontractors’ letter(s) of consent and the copy of past performance questionnaires distributed.
Amendment 0002 clarifies the items excluded in the page count from Volume 3, see item number 2 above. With the correction to exclude certain items from the page count the Government will increase the page count for Volume 3 in Table L-1 from 10 to 15.
