About this file
This document outlines performance metrics for a federal contract providing laboratory forensic commercial support services. The contract requires responding to service requests within 24 hours and initiating services on a steady basis according to FBI Laboratory and TEDAC policies and procedures. The contractor must meet a minimum 90% threshold for planned program reviews, submit monthly program review materials at least two business days before scheduled meetings, and maintain less than 10% turnover of staff by filling vacancies within 21 calendar days. Additional performance standards include maintaining backlogs of work below 7% of defined skills and requirements, completing examinations within funding ceilings specified in individual task orders, submitting error-free documentation with less than 7% requiring rework, and incorporating rework suggestions within 14 calendar days when needed. Metrics also address stability, cost, resource defects, and service-based performance to define how the government will evaluate the contractor's work.
