M.8, Factor 6: Price Evaluation, para 3, page 91
The IDIQ contract has a PoP of 5 years (base and 4 option years). In section M.8 Factor 6 price evaluation the RFP states "Each labor category is to be priced for each geographical location of performance and for all periods of performance (six (6) years)." In Attachment G pricing tables the 6th year (time period) is a repeat of option year 4
(7/13/24 - 7/12/25), in the Attachment E pricing tables the 6th year follows the end of the IDIQ PoP (7/15/2025 - 7/14/2026). Should both excels have the same timeframe for the 6th pricing year or are we to price them as is?
The Government may issue a new task order for twelve (12) months prior to the IDIQ contract option period 4 expiring. Example in the later month of option period 4, the
Government may issue XX number of tasks prior to the last day of the option period
(contract expiration). If the sixth period of performance task order(s) issued, it will have a period of performance starting five days before the contract option period 4 expires.
