About this file

This is an Insurance Checklist document related to a construction services contract opportunity from the City of West Sacramento, California for the Corpyard Phase II project. The project involves anchoring 14 Connex structural containers to an existing Cement-Treated Base (CTB) and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) foundation according to engineered drawings. Sealed responses for this construction work are due no later than Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 2:00 pm. The bid specifications, instructions on how to bid, standards for responsive bids, and detailed project specifications are incorporated as attachments to the opportunity and serve as binding requirements for all submissions.

The insurance checklist document establishes the insurance requirements and coverage standards that bidders and contractors must meet for this project. While specific pricing terms, set-asides, and funding amounts are not detailed in this checklist document itself, the document functions as a critical compliance tool to ensure all responding contractors carry appropriate insurance coverage prior to award and contract execution. Contractors must verify their insurance policies align with the checklist requirements to be considered for this West Sacramento municipal construction project.
