About this file

This is a PNNL Onsite Vendor Work Hazard Form (RFP #843396) that identifies anticipated hazards for work related to a High-throughput Automated Phenotyping Platform at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. The form requires offerors to review and identify any additional hazards that may be presented by their planned work.

The form lists 32 different hazard categories with detailed descriptions, of which 13 are checked as applicable to this work. The checked hazards include: Chemical Hazard Awareness, Low Risk Electrical Work, Work on Cord-Plug Equipment, Power Tools, Single Purpose Hand Tools, Magnetic Field (>5 Gauss), Manual Material Handling, Non-powered Mechanical Material Handling Device, Powered Material Handling, Non-Ionizing Radiation, Use of Compressed Gas/Pressure/Vacuum System, and Use of Cryogen. Each hazard category includes specific definitions and parameters that contractors must be aware of when performing work at PNNL facilities.
