MEMORANDUM FOR ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS

FROM: USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-C

SUBJ: Pre-Proposal Conference for Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services (ATGHS) for Ben Gurion IAP Tel Aviv and Ovda AB Israel

1. USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-C anticipates releasing a solicitation for ATGHS in Israel on or about 1 Feb 18. In conjunction with this effort, a Pre-Proposal Conference is being planned at the following location and time:

Ramstein AB, Germany – Wednesday, 14 Feb 18 at 1:00 p.m.

Due to space limitations, only one member from each company may attend the pre-proposal conference. In the event the original attendee cannot make the conference, the alternate may attend in their place. Attendees must provide the following information for one attendee and one alternate: first and last name, e-mail address, date of birth, and a copy of their passport by COB on 23 January 18 to Wanda Huber and Meggan DeBrobander (wanda.l.huber.civ@mail.mil and meggan.a.debrobander.civ@mail.mil). You must have two forms of identification, one being a passport, in order to gain access to the base and will be escorted from the gate to the conference site. Please consider traffic, weather, and installation entry procedures when making transportation plans from lodging to the site of the conference. Additional information (instructions, address, etc.) will be provided once the final attendee list has been compiled.
