Afghanistan Transportation Network (ATN)
PROJECTED AFGHAN EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATION
The offeror is required to identify the total projected number of Afghans that will be directly employed in the performance of this contract, except for EOC personnel. Employment is the total number of Afghan people expected to be on the payroll (contractors and subcontractors at all tiers, except for EOCs) employed full or part time receiving pay during the life of the contract.
