Questions Answers
We understand this is a 5 year IDIQ specifying a 20,000 round minimum delivery order with a guaranteed 40,000 round delivery order on contract award. Is it your intent to state that there is an annual minimum or a delivery order minimum? In other words, is it possible for the USSS not to execute a delivery order in any given year?
Would it be fair to say that this 5 year IDIQ would have a guaranteed minimum contract lifetime delivery order total of 120,000 rounds, which is 40,000 for the first year and 20,000 for the 4 succeeding years?
Yes, minimum 20,000rd delivery per year with a 5 year minimum delivery of 120,000rds

The USSS requires three recent proposals of the offerors product chambered in 300Win Mag 210gr.
It is our experience that in order to achieve the listed accuracy groupings and sub
15fps velocity standard deviation. It is best that we do the round development with the given rifle platform that the ammo must perform in. Establishing early what projectiles, seat depths, and powder charges will yield us the best results. Especially given the alternate chamber specification with the .150” free-bore present in the end use model 700 rifles. However if no guidance in load formula is known or able to be stated, is there a subject matter expert at USSS that we could communicate with?
The U.S. Government can not supply test equipment until a contract is awarded.
Is the end use model 700 rifle in a McMillan or an AI chassis? They are both referred to in the documentation packets.
We utilized Both platforms.

Testing is performed using a PCB Model 117B22 transducer coupled with the PCB model 443B102 duel mode amplifier running at 100k KHZ. All brass is quilified for offset utilizing the same transducer and ampifier along with a PCB model 090B48 transducer calibration fixture coupled with the PCB model 905C high pressur calibation unit.
