U.S. SECRET SERVICE (USSS)

SMALL, HUBZone SMALL, SMALL DISADVANTAGED, WOMEN-OWNED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS & SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SUBCONTRACTING PLAN OUTLINE

The following outline meets the minimum requirements of Public Law 95-507 and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 19.7. It is intended to be a guideline. It is not intended to replace any existing corporate plan which is more extensive.

Please note that USSS has subcontracting goals of 45% for Small Business, 5% for Small Disadvantage Business, 5% Women-Owned Small Business, 3% HUBZone, 3% for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned (a subset of veteran owned small businesses) concerns for fiscal year 2012. Offerors are encouraged to propose socio-economic subcontracting goals which exceed the goals in each socio-economic category whenever possible.

This form is to be used as a compliance checklist and must be completed and submitted as an attachment with the Offeror’s proposed subcontracting plan. All items on this form should be completed. If the plan is missing an item in Section II, Required elements of the subcontracting Plan,” it is incomplete and shall not be accepted by the Contracting Officer. The plan is reviewed by the USSS Small Business Specialist (SBS) and Small Business Administration (SBA)- Procurement Center Representative (PCR), and approved by the Contracting Officer (CO) prior to award.
