p. 11; pp.4 What historic data does the Government anticipate would be housed on a contractor's system? What are the requirements for this system?
PWS has been updated to remove the requirement.

p. 11; pp.5 Does the Government require training other than security and privacy training? Will incumbent personnel hired for this contract be required to take it again if the award date follows the Oct. 31 date?
No training other than what is listed will be required. In the event that the government requires additional annual training, the contractor will be notified via contract modification. Yes, incumbent personnel hired for this contract will be required to take training when annual training requirements expire.

p. 11; pp. 1 The Program Management Plan states that, "On‐site supervision is preferred; however, a management plan that demonstrates maximum work efforts with minimal supervision is preferred." Both PWS Section 5 and the pricing schedule refer to this position as an On‐Site Team
Lead. Please confirm that it is the Government's requirement to provide full‐time, on‐site supervision for this contract.
Full‐time, On‐site Team Lead supervision is required. The
PWS has been revised to reflect this.

The government would consider.
7 Attachment 5 p. 1‐6 Is the bid number of FTEs listed in the pricing schedule equal to the staffing on the current contract? Should the awarded contractor expect to recruit for new positions as part of transition?
No, there four additional positions listed ( two General
Administrative Assistants and two Special Assistants) that are not currently a part of the current contract. Contractor would be required to address recruitment or transition for all positions
8 Does the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under solicitation number HSSCCG17R00033 contain requirements similar to a current contract?
If possible, please provide the current contract number.
Or, is this a new requirement for the government?

9 Is there an incumbent vendor? If so, please provide vendor name, contract number and amount?
The current contract number is HSSCCG‐16‐C‐00012 with
Dextera Corporation. The contract was awarded in the amount of $3,888,602.40.
10 If there is an incumbent vendor, please identify any changes/modifications, if any, in the positions and FTEs from the vendor contract.

11 Please explain why the hours for DC professional positions are 1,840 while the non‐professional positions of CA and
NY are 1,960.
These numbers were based on professional and non professional hours to account for holidays and earned benefits.
12 Are professional positions covered by Service Contract Act?
If so, should the hours be adjusted in light of Executive
Order (EO) 13706, Establishing Paid Sick Leave for Federal
Contractors?
Professional positions are not covered by the Service
Contract Act.
