In locations where a clear “line of sight” wireless path from site to site does not exist, or provides a less than optimal wireless path, as determined by the FPS PM at time of installation, a relay site shall be installed. The relay site is identical to the camera site without the camera and camera mounting hardware. Once installed, a relay site shall be upgradable to a camera site by simply adding the appropriate camera and hardware.

The antenna shall be mounted directly to the site housing, or when necessary, mounted on the existing structure to assure a clear “line of sight” for wireless connectivity, as determined by the FPS

PM.
