About this file

Summary

This document is a Method of Operation (MOO) for contract G4024, establishing operational procedures and guidelines for a state and local contract award. The document outlines the framework through which the contract will be administered and executed, detailing the roles, responsibilities, and processes that govern the contract's implementation across participating entities and vendors.

The MOO specifies operational protocols including management structures, communication procedures, performance standards, and administrative requirements that all parties must follow throughout the contract term. While the specific goods or services, pricing structures, set-asides, option periods, and financial amounts are referenced within the contract itself rather than detailed in this operational document, the MOO ensures consistent and compliant execution of the contract terms by establishing clear procedural guidelines and expectations for all involved agencies, jurisdictions, and participating vendors.
