Text version

In accordance with FAR § 8.603(a)(1) and 41 U.S.C. § 8504, the FBI has determined that its furniture requirements under this solicitation (See CLIN #0003 of the Price/Cost Table in RFQ document) can be fulfilled by Federal Prison Industries (FPI), also known as UNICOR—a required source of supply. Accordingly, CLIN 0003 is removed from this solicitation as the FBI’s required furniture and furniture installation services must be provided via FPI/UNICOR. The revised Price/Cost Table is provided with this Amendment.
