REQUIREMENTS

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

Roofing

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, appliances, devices, and materials, (except Government-furnished materials), and perform all operations necessary in connection with providing temporary and permanent roof repairs/replacements, in strict accordance with the specifications, task orders, drawings, and terms and conditions of the contract. All roof work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications, applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations, Edwards Air Force Base design standards, and industry standards.

SATISFACTORY CONFIDENCE – The government has an expectation that the offeror will successfully perform the required effort

LIMITED CONFIDENCE – The government has a low expectation that the offeror will successfully perform the required effort

NO CONFIDENCE – The government has no expectation that the offeror will successfully perform the required effort

UNKNOWN CONFIDENCE – No performance record is identifiable or the offeror’s performance record is so sparse that no confidence assessment rating can be reasonably assigned
