1. Question: What are the projected FTE’s required to field this project?

Answer: No FTE’s are specified in the request. The Government is requesting seats in a pre-existing course.

2. Question: What types of Labor Categories are required?

Answer: No FTE’s are specified in the request. The required course already exists.

3. Question: What type of classroom requirement is provided currently?

Answer: Previously the classroom environment for this requirement was at a contractor facility.

4. Question: Will we work with base operations to configure classrooms for the courses?

Answer: NO

5. What type of GFE (e.g. laptops, desktops) will be provided and will maintenance of those GFE be a requirement?

Answer: None

6. Question: Is there a GFE OS such as Standard Desktop Configuration (SDC) and if so what version?

Answer: No

7. Question: Will a virtual environment be allowed or expected?

Answer: Yes and Yes

8. Question: Is there a current contract in place what is the contract ceiling?

Answer: NO, the contract that was used expired September 2015

9. Question: What is the current contractor or incumbent?

Answer: No current contractor

10. Question: How will the syllabus be constructed—concurrent classes or one daily class?

Answer: The syllabus should show the lessons taught in the class and which TTL’s are covered (to include length of learning) for each lesson in the course. The Government is also requesting a copy of the TTL for comparison with the Government requirement.

11. Question: How many students will be processed within a contract year?

Answer: Not more than 120 per year

12. Question: How many students are allowed in each class?

Answer: The number of students allowed in each class is determined by the offeror as the Government is buying seats in a pre-existing course.

13. Question: Will there be curriculum guidance?

Answer: The Course should already exist and cover all aspects of the TTL.

14. Question: Are the work stations Linux, Mac or Windows?

Answer: The students Host system could be any of the systems mentioned above, as long as the TTL ’s listed with the contract are met; the Government would expect to see virtual machines of all systems listed above and several others.

15. Question: Is there a course structure?

Answer: The course should already exist

16. Question: Can you relate how/what is involved or- is the nature of a call ($150,000.00 ceiling) as described in the PWS?

Answer: When the customer has a requirement, they will make a BPA call which will commit funding not to exceed the $150,000.00 individual call limit.

17. Question: What deliverables or reports are expected?

Answer: See PWS sections 1.2.1.4, 1.3.1, 1.4.1, 1.4.2, etc.

18. Question: Is it acceptable for more than one course to cover the entire outline and this requirement is not something you’re looking to have created?

Answer: Due to the right training timeframe, the preference is to have one course that encompasses the TTL in its entirety and the course should be pre-existing.
