Offeror shall redact any Offeror/Subcontractor identifying information such as names and logos from the Technical Volume. Due to the need to confirm past performance, a redacted past performance volume is not required. One (1) original past performance volume is required.

In addition to providing its completed pricing worksheets in Excel format, is the Offeror required to provide a copy of its completed pricing worksheets in the Word document for Volume IV, Price?
No. Submit the Pricing Worksheets in Excel format for
Volume IV. A MS Word formatted version is not required for Volume IV.

Section L.6.1.4 addresses inadequate price competition, but the last sentence could be interpreted as a general requirement for a completed DoD Proposal Adequacy Checklist. Please clarify whether Offerors are required to furnish a completed DoD Proposal Adequacy Checklist with their bids.

Proposal Adequacy Checklist with their proposal submission.
If cost or pricing data is requested by the contracting officer at a later date after proposal submission, the offeror would submit the DoD Proposal Adequacy checklist at that time with their certified cost or pricing data.

Please confirm that the Offeror is to provide only the following documents in response to Section L.7.1.3:
CDRLs List, Attachment 1 (PWS), Attachment 4 (DD254), Attachment 7 (SOFA)
No. In accordance with Attachment 2, Offerors shall submit the following documents for L7.0. Documents shall be completed in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors, Attachment 2.
Model Contract; Exhibit A (CDRLS), Attachment 1 (PWS), Attachment 4 (DD254), Attachment 7 (SOFA), Attachment 8 (Security
Requirements for Classified Services). In accordance with
L9.0, Attachments 2, 3, 5, and 6 will not be included as attachments in a contract award. In accordance with
L6.1.2, pricing data shall only be included in the pricing volume and shall not be included elsewhere in the proposal.

Please identify where in Volume V the Offeror should place acknowledgements of solicitation amendments.
Offerors shall acknowledge solicitation amendments in
Block 14 of the Standard Form 33.

2, Section 5.2, Past performance page limits. A single page does not afford the offeror much space to describe the relevance of their performance and quality of their performance. Will the Government consider increasing the page limitation to 3 full pages for each contract referenced?

Extensive travel to include weekends will likely exceed normal 40 hour work weeks. Will the government negotiate post award the delta in compensation for those contractors that would regularly be exceeding the normal 40 hour work weeks in support of the PWS task areas?
The Government will not conduct post-award negotiations for deltas in compensation for those contractors that would regularly be exceeding the normal 40 hour work weeks in support of the PWS task areas.
This is a firm fixed price contract.

Since this clause is for modifications, there is no fill-in information for proposal submission. It will remain in the solicitation and will be incorporated into the contract in the event a future applicable modification is required.

Bidders Library #1 includes estimates of the work and FTEs based on historical information and projections. The numbers are estimates for informational purposes only. The offeror is responsible for making a determination of the personnel required to accomplish the solicitation requirements
