Solicitation FA8650-13-R-4016 For AFRL/RYD Maintenance & Fabrication of Experimental Processing
& Test Equipment Federal Agency Name: Air Force Research Laboratory, AFRL/RY Sensors Directorate Solicitation Title: AFRL/RYD Maintenance & Fabrication of Experimental Processing
& Test Equipment SUBJECT: Site Visit This is to notify all interested parties of the opportunity to participate in a Site Visit of the facilities addressed in the Solicitation FA8650-13-R-4016 Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Site Visit will take place on Tuesday, 16 April 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Participation is restricted to the walk thru and information given by the Government. NO DISCUSSIONS OR QUESTIONS regarding specifics of any government requirement or contract. Once the visit is complete, you may send questions/inquiries to the Contract Negotiator, Jackie Perkins at Jacqualyn.perkins@wpafb.af.mil or fax at 937-255-5302. All questions and answers will be posted to FBO and made available to all parties.
To register your company, send your company’s name, a point of contact and their phone number, person(s) attending (no more than 2 per company), and if person(s) attending are US Citizens or have a green card, to Mr. Jack Ebel, AFRL/RYDD, via e-mail at john.ebel@wpafb.af.mil. This information must be received NLT Noon, 11 April 2013. All participants are required to enter the Area B section of Wright-Patterson AFB at Gate 19B (Springfield Street) and proceed to the Visitors Center there for a pass to go to Bldg. 620.
