INDUSTRY DAYS GROUND RULES & OTHER INSTRUCTIONS
1. No photography is allowed.
2. Discussions will not venture into CLASSIFIED information.
3. No agreements, promises, or other commitments are made or implied by the Government or Contractor participating in the F-15 TDAS Site-Visit and the One-on-One Question & Answer sessions.
4. Contractors will wear name tags designating them as contractors.
5. All questions (using the Government’s provided form/format) will be prepared in writing by the contractor and provided to the Government PCO/Buyer.
a. Submit to PCO – Mr. John HUber, or Buyer - Mr. Brett Wray.
6. Unique ‘approach’ type questions will not be entertained by the Government.
7. Common questions across multiple Contractors (offerors) will not be treated as ‘unique’.
8. All questions will be answered to the best of the Government team’s knowledge of plans, desires, and general situation as it exists at this time.
9. ALL non-proprietary questions and Government responses will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website.
10. Contractor recommendations may or may not be incorporated into Government documents.
11. Contractor teams will be treated equally.
12. Contractors will be taken on a tour of the MTD training facility and applicable IATs.
13. Each Contractor team (scheduled in advance) will have a 40 minute One-on-One session with the Government team.
a. Contractor teams should be on stand-by approximately 15 minutes prior to scheduled session.
b. Contractor teams will not be allowed to present a company presentation; but, may provide a soft/hard copy to the PCO, Mr. John Huber.
14. Please respect and comply with the schedule.
15. Please do not ask for lunch or dinner appointments with any member of the Government’s team.
16. Please do not ask for side meetings with any member of the Government’s team.
17. Please silence all electronic devices during any briefing, tour, and one-on-one session.
