All Task Orders (TO) shall be supported by necessary documentation to indicate that adequate engineering and planning to accomplish the requirements specified in the TO SOW and contract specifications. Examples of acceptable documentation include: drawings, calculations, catalog cut sheets, specifications, or architectural renderings.TO proposals will be evaluated on all submitted documentation. Proposal line items, quantities, documentation, contract specifications, and the TO SOW will become a part of the TO requirements upon award of each TO. All offered betterments will become part of the task order requirements. A "Betterment" is defined as any component, system or quantities that exceed the minimum requirements stated in the SOW.
