Tab A
A17.2.2.1—Changed Pittsburgh ARS to Dobbins ARB
A17.3 – Changed To Read: A17.3 Residual Inventory. The government will provide to the contractor any existing government-owned residual inventory of materials, parts and supplies which is available as of operational performance period. A joint government and KTR inventory of residual materials, parts and supplies shall be accomplished NLT 5 calendar days prior to start of the operational performance period to identify and make a record of all usable residual inventory. The KTR will store, issue and utilize this residual inventory prior to the purchasing of such and claiming reimbursement from the government.

D4.9.1-Changed to RESERVED.
D4.9.2-Changed To: D4.9.2 The Ktr shall be responsible for receiving all freight coming into base through the Receiving Section of TMO. The Ktr shall unload various types of property utilizing material handling equipment when necessary.
Received material shall be located in appropriate transitory holding area for physical inspection. Packages that have been inspected will be clearly marked with a stamp, sticker or other appropriate method determined by the Ktr. (See D-TE-1, SDSD08)
D4.9.3-Deleted “and/or x-rayed” from first sentence.
D4.9.4-Added “IAW AFI 24-203” to the first sentence.

F4.3.1.2 Customer Service (Work Control): Removed “supervisor” from the third sentence from the end of the paragraph and replaced with “Manager”.
F5.1.2 BUILDERTM Data: Added “deliver to the COR” to the first sentence of the paragraph.
F5.17.1.3 Air Distribution Systems: Amended the paragraph to read. “The KTR shall visually inspect and clean air intake/distribution/exhaust grilles, registers, and diffusers for security, unrestricted air flow and cleanliness. All work will be ordered under the Labor for Service Call CLIN of the contract.”
F5.19.1.1.1 Added the following to the end of the paragraph. “Cleaning of light fixtures will be ordered by the BCE under the Labor for Service Call CLIN of the contract.”
F5.19.1.2.1 Added the following to the end of the paragraph. “Cleaning of light fixtures will be ordered by the BCE under the Labor for Service Call CLIN of the contract.”
F5.19.1.2.1.1 Removed the phrase “by the BCE.” and added the following to the end of the paragraph. “…ordered by the BCE under the Labor for Service Call CLIN of the contract.”
F5.20.1.1 Add new paragraph. “For this specific requirement, testing that may require a load bank will not be accomplished, unless the BCE determines specific generator load testing is required. Any generator testing which will require a load bank shall be ordered by the BCE under the Labor for Service Call CLIN of the contract.”
F5.23 Ground and Lightning Arrestor Testing: Removed “…for Lightning Protection for Air Force Facilities (AMMO 47)…”, and added “…online course Ammo-47-DL Air Force Electrical Explosive Safety”…
F6.1.2.5 Vegetation Control Perimeter and Security Fences: Paragraph has been amended to read “The KTR shall trim back vegetation including brush, trees and vines from both sides and top of perimeter and all other security fences for a distance of 6' on the inside of fence and the distance outside the perimeter fence will be to the property line, but not to exceed 6'. Frequency and standard for perimeter and security fence vegetation control are the same as for grass cutting on improved grounds. Tree trimming/pruning/removal shall be done IAW paragraphs F6.16.1 and F6.1.6.1.3, ordered by the BCE, and accomplished under the Labor for Service Call CLIN of the contract.”
F-TE-2a insert into following item 1.3 at the end of the sentence – “Semi-improved grounds, perimeter and security fences and edges of wooded areas, 1740 acres. (F6.1.2.6) Frequency is weekly.”
F-TE-2g: HVAC Filter Location and Quantities. Amended:
F-TE-6 Added the following MAS sheets:

G4. - Change one day notice to 72 hours.
G9. – Changed To Read: G9 Compliance, Environmental and Plans. The Ktr shall serve as the Subject Matter Expert for fuel related matters. The Ktr shall review, update, and provide fuels input to base plans, and submit input to the AO for approval. The Ktr shall report fuel mishaps, appoint an Environmental Coordinator, and establish an internal self-inspection program IAW Tab-A.
