About this file

This document contains a request for information (RFI) and details regarding a related federal contract opportunity for propane services. The RFI involves three government-owned propane tanks used for heating buildings and operating a live fire trainer. It seeks pictures of the tanks along with maintenance and inspection reports. The related federal contract opportunity is a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for propane solicitation issued by the Department of the Air Force Reserve Command. The incumbent BPA for these services expires on January 31, 2024 with a maximum value of $60,000 over its five-year term. Responses to the RFI questions indicate the tanks are inspected monthly by the Liquid Fuels Maintenance shop and provide estimated dates for uploading the requested pictures and reports.
