**ALL VISITORS MUST SEND COLLATERAL CLEARANCE INFORMATION **
(Regardless of Access Level Held) JPAS is the only authorized method of passing security clearances
ALL REQUESTS MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING:
· Use SMO Code “KV1CF9K66 (USE THIS FOR VISITS)”
· Requests sent to the wrong SMO Code will be denied
· The JPAS Visit Request (VR) will only be accepted for the day/date of Industry Day
· Requests for any other dates or longer will be denied and must be resubmitted
· Under the POC & Purpose list “C2TSC Industry Day Attendance”
· All JPAS VRs MUST be received by 1600 hours (4 p.m.) 4 days/96 hours prior to Industry Day
· Requests received after the deadline will be denied and personnel will NOT be able to attend
· All clearances in JPAS MUST have “US Access” displayed or the visit will NOT be processed
· Additionally, the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NdA) portion must indicate “YES” or the visit will NOT be processed
IMPORTANT:
· Only 2 members of a prime company may attend
· One member for any sub company under the prime
· Personnel will NOT be granted entry into the building prior to the designated start time
· Attendees who arrive early may wait outside the main doors
· Personnel may ONLY enter the installation through the Truman Gate
· Present a valid photo ID (see below) to the entry controller and advise him/her that you appear on a Base Access List (BAL) for the 705 CTS
· All personnel entering the installation MUST possess a valid government ID with a photo (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
· This ID will also be presented at the 705 CTS front desk before a facility badge will be issued
· All vehicle operators must possess a valid vehicle registration and insurance card at time of entry
· Attendees need to ensure they have time to process through the base gate as morning traffic can be heavy - plan accordingly
· Personnel may NOT bring any personal electronic devices (PEDs) into the building. PEDs include, but are not necessarily limited to: cell phones, laptops, fitness trackers, any Bluetooth or wireless device, recording devices, two-way pagers, etc. All PEDs MUST be left in the attendee’s vehicle.
· Firearms are NOT permitted on the installation (the base follows Federal guidelines, not State of New Mexico regulations)
