1. Minor/Major Maintenance and Repair CLINs - Please explain what costs and prices are to be included in CLIN 0002 and other CLINs for Minor/Major Maintenance and Repair. What is the definition of the UNIT “Lot” and what is to be entered in UNIT PRICE?
A. Per Addendum to 52.212-1(1) (b) Note that some CLIN’s unit and extended prices will be pre-populated by the Government on Not to Exceed (NTE) basis. The contractor will not be responsible for populating any portion of the NTE CLIN’s, but those prices will be applied to every proposal submitted.
2. In paragraph 4.18, the last sentence states that the Government will fix all Govt. provided equipment, except items listed in Technical Exhibit 4a.
