QUESTIONS AND ANSWER DOCUMENT

Requirement: RHS Vehicle Maintenance Pre-Engineered Building

26 June 2020

Q1: Can the delivery schedule be changed to 150 days after date of contract?

A1: The current delivery schedule was established as 60 days after date of contract and will remain 60 days after date of contract unless the Government decides to change it.

Q2: How much Collateral Load is needed for this project?

A2: The Collateral Loads will be a fire protection sprinkler system, HVAC ductwork for heating and ventilation, roll-up doors, and LED lighting.

Q3: Will there be any future requirement for an overhead crane?

A3: No there will not. See answer for question 2 on the Collateral Load for details.

Q4: Is it the contractor’s responsibility to unload the shipment, or the Government’s?

A4: It is the responsibility of the contractor to unload the shipment at a location determined by the Government.
