About this file

This document includes a past performance questionnaire and details of a federal contract solicitation. The past performance questionnaire is seeking input on an offeror's performance on prior contracts from agencies that have direct experience with the offeror. It must be returned by December 9th, 2020.

The federal contract solicitation is for the repair of dormitory building 4323 at Barksdale Air Force Base. It is a woman-owned small business set-aside with an anticipated price range of $5-10 million. The statement of work involves removing and replacing interior finishes in dorm rooms. The period of performance is listed as 336 calendar days but is negotiable, and offerors should specify their proposed period in their proposal. A mandatory site visit will be held on November 13th, 2020. Responses are due by an unspecified date. Funds have not been allotted yet so no award will be made until funding is available, and the solicitation may be cancelled before or after the closing date without obligation to reimburse offerors.
