escort vendor badge if entering a facility, outside facility work may have an escort only, again dependent on the situation. Is the contractor responsible for escorting personnel or is the
Government? The prime contractor has been given the escort authority under certain circumstances, it depends on the facility level clearance requirements. The government will never be responsible for oversight of work by a subcontractor, a prime representative will always be required whether the escort or not. What if the event is after hours? If emergent, accommodations and arrangements will be made to execute requirements by government representative.

There is a minimum of (3) required login access for SSC Atlantic personnel outside of the prime contractor requirements. During the transition time there will be migration of data or excel spreadsheet transfer for successful bidder use, unless same system is selected by contractor. The government will not provide migration.
11. Are there any security requirements which would restrict certain CMMS systems? No, currently there are no security requirements.
