Ref No.: FA0021-10-R-0001 Post: Q & R - # 11 – 11 Date: 5 Nov 09
SS/RFI Question & Response
11. Question: (a) Under Professional Qualifications 1.3 in the Questionnaire it asks for registration in FL, GA, NM, NC PA and WA – do the applicants need prior registration in all states or one state and if awarded the contract then apply for reciprocal licensure in the others?
Response: Question 1.3 of the Market Research Questionnaire is designed to determine the most qualified prime contractor. The question is asking if the firm currently employs professionally credentialed architects or engineers in the states listed. Reciprocal licensure is acceptable provided the reciprocal licensure is completed prior to your response to this RFI.
(b) And is it Washington State in DC?
Response: The question reads "...registration in the ‘states’ in which the work is anticipated to be performed." Therefore, it is the State of Washington.
